Energy Star Construction painted my house this May. Due to chipped or flaking stucco, there was a great deal of prep work involved – definitely more than what was allotted. They didn’t up-charge me for it, but they did repair it before painting so the paint would be able to last through the lifetime warranty. Even though the team did not catch the chipped stucco at first, they caught it and their prep work and cool wall product has made a wonderful difference.
